送貨安裝服務：

1. 凡送貨地址沒有電梯直達，運輸將收取上落樓梯費，費用另議。

2. 如送貨往東涌/馬灣/愉景灣/機場地區需付額外運費。

3. 顧客於收貨時請檢查所有貨品配件/玻璃，單上簽收作實，已簽收之貨品本公司怒不後補或更換。

4. 於約定之送貨時間，惟因實際情況如交通、地區、天氣及其他因素影響而所延誤/改期，無論導致此等延誤或改期的原因是否在本公司控制范圍內，本公司怒不負任何責任。

5. 運輸送貨因地方環境問題，如有碰花室內之裝修及地板，恕不付任何責任，敬請原諒。

6. 安裝扶手/吊櫃/入牆櫃，如有鑽穿牆身任何電線/水喉，本公司將不負責任何賠償及修補。

7. 本公司所有電器燈飾只作贈送並不包裝。

8. 如送貨服務員態度不佳請即致電本公司，多謝。

Delivery and Installation Service:

1. If the delivery address does not have direct elevator access, additional fees for staircases will apply and will be discussed separately.

2. Additional delivery charges apply for deliveries to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and the airport area.

3. Customers are requested to inspect all product accessories/glass upon receipt. Signing on the delivery note confirms the acceptance, and the company will not provide subsequent supplementation or replacement for signed items.

4. Delivery times are subject to delays or rescheduling due to actual circumstances such as traffic, location, weather, and other factors. Our company shall not be held responsible for any delays or rescheduling caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Due to environmental factors during transportation, our company will not be held responsible for any damages to indoor decorations or flooring. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

6. For the installation of handrails, hanging cabinets, or built-in cabinets, our company will not be responsible for any damages or repairs resulting from drilling through walls, electrical wires, or water pipes.

7. All electrical lighting fixtures provided by our company are for gift purposes only and do not include packaging.
