送貨服務

1. 送貨至大嶼、離島及偏遠地區,須另收取附加費。(附加費可能因應貨品尺寸及重量而調整)

2. 如需指定送貨時間或指定送貨地區,需收取額外附加費。

3. 如貨品需經樓梯送貨,須按每層樓梯和貨品尺寸及重量額外收費。

4. 司機已送貨到現場,但因無人收貨或因任何其他原因而需再作安排送貨,須收取手續費HK$80

 

換貨服務

顧客在收取購買之貨品時,應即時檢查該貨品是否存有任何損毀及配件齊全。如發現貨品質量上有問題,均可享有7天換貨服務,但必須遵守以下條款

1. 於收取貨品日期當天起計7天內聯絡本公司。

2. 貨品必須連同發票/收據正本、完整無缺的包裝盒、配件、說明書及未填寫之保用証等一同退回。

3. 特價貨品、個人護理及貼身用品,均不設退換/保養。

本公司會檢查要更換之貨品,並有權由以下原因不更換貨品:

1. 人為損壞;

2. 疏忽、遺失或不適當處理貨品或配件;

3. 曾被擅自改動或修理。

本公司不設現金退款服務。

本公司保留更換貨品的最終決定權。

 

維修及保養服務

如產品附有保養咭,客人必須填妥,按保養指示寄回指定地址,

並需留意保養咭內之保養條款及細則。

 

* 康普國際有限公司有權修改條款而不作另行通知,並保留最終決定權。

* 如有任何爭議, 康普國際有限公司保留最終決定權。

 

Delivery Services

1. Surcharge will be applied on shipments delivered to Lantau Island, Outlying Island and remote areas, subjected to the size and weight of the goods.

2. Surcharge will be applied for designated time or area of delivery.

3. Surcharge will be applied for the address where no elevator service is available, subjected to the size and weight of the goods.

4. For the order not delivered successfully, an extra handling fee of HK$80 will be charged for re-delivery arrangement.

 

Exchange Service

The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers standard within 7 days of purchase, exchange service is entitled subjected to the following terms:

1. Exchange request should be made and contact us within 7 days from the date the product received;

2. Original invoice/receipt, packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange ; and

3. No exchange or warranty services will be provided for discounted and personal care items.

 

We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of the defect is caused by:

1. Misuse, abuse or accident;

2. Negligence, loss or not conforming to those specified in the User Manual:

3. Altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.

 

Please note that refund is not available.

In the event of dispute, the decision of Health Pro International Limited shall be final and conclusive.

 

Maintenance and Warranty Service

Warranty is only valid for the warranty card has been completed and returned to the address designated on the card.

Customer should read carefully on the terms and conditions of the warranty card before return.
